The Amavi Half-Board Premium gastronomy and culinary concept has been developed by our award-winning team of Executive Chefs and Sommeliers. The concept is designed to provide an innovative approach to dining offering value for money at luxury level. Amavi guests enjoy the exclusive opportunity to experience unique and creative meals served in various beautiful locations and settings within the hotel, each one featuring a unique ambience and mood. The Amavi Half-Board Premium gastronomy and culinary concept includes the following:

  • Varied culinary experience that combines modern fine-dining menus, fusion tasting menus, and theme live cooking menus
  • Menus inspired by Cypriot, Mediterranean and other favourite cuisines from around the world, captured in innovative,contemporary and original taste combinations
  • Dine-around option includes all 4 signature restaurants - one visit per week at each of the 3 a-la-carte restaurants
  • Outdoor dining by the beach and on the roof garden with spectacular sunset view
  • Indoor dining featuring themed menus prepared in an open kitchen and accompanied by live music performedby our accomplished live pianist

Meals include:
